Real Democracy will develop participants’ self-worth, job and life skills by providing a range of meaningful and practical experiences for participants to work in and for their community. These experiences will contain training activities and learning support to help participants into employment and further education pathways.

The activities will enable participants to contribute to community self-worth by providing affordable and needed gardening, maintenance and minor works services to enhance the visual amenity of individual houses, community buildings and public spaces. Support will be provided to community food garden construction and maintenance to improve community access to healthy food.
